Faculty and Staff Parking

Parking permits are automatically renewed for the permit holders' current parking lot. If you wish to utilize a different lot, please submit your name on the waitlist for your desired lot.

Permits are available as defined in the Missouri S&T Parking Rules and Regulations, Section 901-914.07.

Permit Renewal and Payroll Deduction Guidelines

  • Parking permits are auto-renewed each year unless a cancellation is received by Parking Operations.
  • By currently holding or requesting a permit, you authorize the monthly or bi-weekly permit amount to be deducted from payroll.
  • Each parking permit is for 1 permit area.
  • New and auto-renewed parking permits authorize parking operations to deduct an employee's payroll for permit fees and/or citation and parking violations as stated in the Missouri S&T Parking Rules and Regulations.
  • If a permit is no longer desired, you must submit the Permit Cancellation Form to the Parking Operations office. Failure to do so may result in permit fees being deducted from payroll after parking lot use has ceased. Depending on circumstances, payments may not all be refundable.
