Reservations must be made two business days in advance. Late registrations will incur a $50 late registration fee. All registrations must be made by noon the business day before your travel.

Q: How do I make a reservation?

All reservations must be made through our online reservation system. You will receive an invoice within two days. Payment is required before travel.

Q: When should I book to guarantee a seat?
It is recommended to book at least 2 business days before departure. Reservations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online by credit/debit card or student account. In-person payments (cash, check, credit, or debit) are accepted at parking and transportation services, located at 205 W. 12th St. in Rolla.

Q: Can I change my reservation?

Yes. Changes made 2 business days or more before travel are free. Changes within 2 business days incur a $25 fee and are not guaranteed.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

  • 2 business days prior: $15 cancellation fee
  • 1 business day prior: 50% refund
  • Less than 8 business hours: No refund
  • If Missouri S&T cancels your shuttle, you will receive a full refund.

Q: How much luggage can I bring?

Each rider may bring one carry-on bag (22 × 14 × 9 inches) and one small personal item. You may bring an additional carry-on for $15, one checked bag (62 linear inches) for $25, or two checked bags for $50. Riders must load/unload any bag over 50 lbs.

Q: Are pets allowed?
No animals are permitted, except service animals.

Q: Where do I meet the shuttle at STL Airport?

Be outside the terminal at your scheduled pickup time. Drivers must leave on schedule.

Q: What if my flight is delayed?
Call 573-341-4303 immediately. A driver may wait if available; wait time is $25 per hour. If your new arrival time is less than 30 minutes before departure, you must book a later shuttle. Flight delays do not change refund policies.

Q: What are the child safety seat requirements?

  • Under 4 years or under 40 lbs: child safety seat required
  • Ages 4–7 (≥40 lbs): safety seat or booster unless 80 lbs or 4'9" tall
  • Ages 8+ or ≥80 lbs or 4'9"+: seatbelt or booster
    Riders must provide their own child seat. Failure to do so results in denied transportation with no refund.

Q: What happens during bad weather?

  • Shuttle service may be delayed or canceled during hazardous conditions. If Missouri S&T cancels your shuttle, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel due to weather while the shuttle is operating, standard cancellation policies apply.

Q: What happens if I miss my scheduled shuttle?

  • No-shows are non-refundable. For round trips, a no-show on the outbound trip automatically cancels the return trip with no refund.

Q: Is the shuttle wheelchair accessible?

  • Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance for accessibility accommodations.
